Put simply, corruption endangers U.S. national security.

A THREAT TO THE EXISTENCE OF SOMALIS IN THE HORN OF AFRICA?

A THREAT TO THE EXISTENCE OF SOMALIS IN THE HORN OF AFRICA?

A THREAT TO THE EXISTENCE OF SOMALIS IN THE HORN OF AFRICA?

Inexplicably, the African Union did not join the statement.
